If you've landed yourself this page, chances are you are struggling in one way or another when it comes to your exercise programming. Maybe you have hit a plateau you can't seem to break through, maybe you are completely lost when it comes to programming in general, or maybe you are a beginner and have no idea where to start. Exercising is no doubt one of the best things we can do for our health, but it is incredibly difficult to know what to do with all of the contradictory information out there nowadays. Even when I started out as a beginner, I had to do a lot  of trial and error to figure out what worked for me, what I enjoyed, and yielded results at the same time. It can be a daunting task, which is why I want to help you make the process as painless as possible. 

I'm sure you've seen all of these gimmicky programs and products marketed towards quick results...

  • "Ab blaster" products and equipment

  • The Shake Weight

  • Diet pills promising quick fat burn

  • Supplements promising "insane muscle building"

  • Fitness programs that completely contradict one another 

And so on...

It's no wonder we get completely and utterly lost. There is also the misconception that "more is better" and that, in result, creates yet another vicious cycle of doing too much. Yes, there is such thing as too much exercise, which then begins to manifest into a slew of other issues, such as...

  • Negative metabolism adaptations

  • Systemic inflammation

  • Anxiety/depression

  • Gut issues

  • Chronic fatigue

  • Loss of motivation and enjoyment of exercise

And so on...

But with all of the misinformation out there, how in the world are we supposed to find our happy medium​? How are we supposed to find the perfect balance, where we actually enjoy exercise, while still seeing results? 

With my Personal Training, I put a very large emphasis on making exercise enjoyable and effective. I teach my clients the "what's, why's, and how's" of my programming. Everything that I program is explained fully and caters to the clients goals, needs, and preferences. Below is what my personal training package entails:
