It is clear from our medical practitioners, the media, friends and family, and so on, that exercise and nutrition are paramount in living a healthy life, right? But unfortunately the information that is the most mainstream, seems to be the same information that has no clout. Therefore, we are often misguided and become even more lost than before.

We end up trying endless "diets" or the latest workout trends, and yes, maybe results are seen, but they are short-lived. This results in frustration, loss of motivation, and often desperation to see results. This desperation often leads to to even more extreme lengths, creating another vicious cycle...
